What began as a visibly sagging elevated deck uncovered major structural deficiencies throughout the framing system, stair assembly, and ledger connection.
We rebuilt the deck from the footings up using properly sized full-length framing lumber, reinforced stair supports, new concrete footings, and modern moisture protection to create a safe, stable, and long-lasting outdoor structure.
