10 Point Construction provides residential construction and remodeling services, including but not limited to:

  • Deck construction and replacement

  • Remodeling and carpentry services

  • Exterior living space improvements

 

All services are subject to written estimates, proposals, and signed agreements.

Estimates and Pricing

​

All estimates provided through our Site or in communication are:

  • Based on initial information provided by the client

  • Subject to change upon site evaluation

  • Not binding until confirmed in a signed agreement

 

Final pricing may vary based on materials, labor conditions, project changes, or unforeseen site conditions.

 

Change Orders

 

Any changes to the original scope of work must be agreed to in writing. Additional costs and schedule adjustments may apply.

Payments

 

Payment terms will be outlined in your project agreement. Unless otherwise stated:

  • A deposit may be required to schedule work

  • Progress payments may be required during the project

  • Final payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed

 

Failure to make payments may result in project delays or suspension of work.

 

Client Responsibilities

 

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate project information

  • Ensure access to the job site during working hours

  • Obtain necessary permissions or approvals (if applicable)

  • Communicate promptly regarding project decisions

 

Website Use

 

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt to interfere with Site functionality or security

  • Copy or misuse content without permission

 

Copyright Notice

Limited sharing is permitted only when content is:

  • Shared directly from official Company pages

Any unauthorized use of Company intellectual property may result in legal action, including claims for damages and injunctive relief.

No Social Media Reuse
