Founder & Operator
Andrew is an active union member and carpenter with more than 13 years of hands-on construction experience, bringing a standard of craftsmanship to residential work that most contractors simply can't match.
Before founding 10 Point Construction, he worked as a carpenter superintendent on large-scale commercial projects - managing crews, budgets, schedules, inspections, and jobsite safety. That background means every project runs with the planning, accountability, and precision of a commercial operation.
Andrew leads every project from the field, coordinating trades, overseeing craftsmanship, and making sure every detail meets code and client expectations before the job is closed.
He's not the contractor who disappears after the estimate. He's the one on the job - every day - until it's done right.

Co-Founder & Director of Digital
Angela brings 13 years of experience in user experience (UX) design, user research, product management, marketing, and eCommerce to 10 Point Construction, applying tech industry systems thinking to residential construction.
Before co-founding 10 Point Construction, she worked in corporate UX at Lowe’s, helping improve digital experiences used by millions of homeowners and construction professionals each year. Her work focused on identifying customer pain points, improving usability, uncovering market opportunities, and supporting data-informed decisions that increased engagement, trust, and conversion. That same customer-centered mindset now influences how 10 Point communicates, operates, and delivers projects.
Angela oversees the operational side of the business, ensuring every part of the customer experience outside the jobsite is built around clarity, responsiveness, organization, and follow-through.
